The game plan is basically as follows:

User Authentication
Basic Functionality (accounts and transactions)
Advanced Features (such as split transactions and statement management)
Reporting (graphs, tables, statistics etc)

I am not giving a time scale to any of this, as I already know it will slip, but I'm hoping to get at the basic functionality of the previous site up and working within one week.
